No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and frog hollow catering until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to the address you provided to confirm that we have received your order and will detail products ordered, payment method and cost.
You must check that all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if you discover any details that are not. If your order has not been accepted you will receive an email to explain why. Goods remain the property of FHC until payment has been received.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this by email.
While every effort is made to portray items accurately images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only, your goods may vary slightly from the image shown.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.
Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
This contract is covered by English law.
By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use and shipping information.
Cancellation and returns
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within fourteen days of delivery. To do this, please e-mail, or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.
This does not cover items
- Specifically made for you, such as bespoke cakes, or
- Food items which have an expiry date of up to 14 days after the date of despatch, or
- Food items sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once it has been unsealed after you receive it.
You must return the goods within 3 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us (or any other UK address specified by us), at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and spoilage. We recommend you obtain proof of postage from the post office.
We will refund all monies paid to us by you including any postage / carriage within 30 days, less any costs due under this contract.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
We are not liable for any loss earnings due to late, incorrect or lost deliveries.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Faulty Goods
If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us within 24 hours by phone, email or in writing providing details of the problem. In addition, you must provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until either an indicative digital image is supplied by you, or the original goods have been received by us and checked.
The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility; however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.
If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However, our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance, you will have the option of a refund.
Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.
Liability
We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Product for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.
