This tart is made from homegrown rhubarb gently poached with zesty orange & root ginger sweetened with unrefined coconut sugar and layered over our raw vanilla cashew custard, encased in a spiced pecan and gluten free oat crust. Decorated with pistachio nuts and dried rose petals.
Sold in foil trays; serving 6 or in portions.
Re-heating is not recommended for this product, best enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.
